My job is to turn your idea into a reality.

Some businesses I work with need my continuous support throughout the year. Others have a distinct project that requires focus, attention, and management, for a finite period. On these occasions, I am that extra pair of hands, that doesn’t just ensure a project gets off the ground but also makes damn sure it’s delivered on time and on budget.

I am experienced in planning, managing, and executing marketing projects.

Determining scope, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, briefing and co-ordinating resources, and all that is involved in prepping projects for delivery, is part of my remit.

I remove roadblocks by communicating clearly with everyone involved and making sure we all have what is required to get the job done.

If you’re looking for a new website, a brand refresh or support with an event or product launch…

I can help.

I know from experience that the key to delivering a successful project is assembling the right team. Having access to the right skills, at the right time, and briefing and managing all involved throughout, can be the difference between success and failure, brilliance and mediocrity.

When I can’t deliver a core requirement of a project myself (and my client does not have access to the required skills), I call on a trusted portfolio of local professionals to help. These are people with whom I regularly work with and who’ll effectively become part of your team. They boast a diverse range of skills and expertise and include designers, web developers, photographers, cinematographers, printers, and digital experts.

When you work with me you will only need to come to one place for your project to be delivered – I manage and coordinate all activities and ensure you won’t be left having to undertake key elements yourself.

I guide projects from start to finish – so you don’t have to.
