Background
Entrepreneur, Simon Moorcroft, recognised the logistical challenges faced by employers and employees when joining a new company and wanted to create an online, onboarding service with a difference. A pioneering web application, Ready to Work had huge ambitions from the outset and as soon as I was introduced to Simon, I was keen to be involved in the project.

My work
The brief was exciting – Simon had a ground-breaking concept but needed a strong brand identity with clear messaging to take the onboarding service to market. With the luxury of a blank canvas, I worked within a small team to set about designing a visual identity and developing a differentiated, customer-oriented proposition.
My role included briefing the animation team, managing the development of the explainer video, writing all copy to accompany the animation and on-line brochure, and creating concise content with a clear tone of voice across all platforms.
I relish an opportunity to work with start-ups, and today Ready to Work is the new specialist in onboarding, having successfully set itself apart from other competitors within the industry.
